Customs form instructions

Did you know that up to 7,000 student packages are processed and delivered in the first two weeks of each semester.

Mailbox guidelines for students living off campus:

Beginning in the fall of 2016, only students with “resident status” in PeopleSoft will be assigned a mailbox upon enrollment as a fulltime undergraduate student.  Students with a status of “housing exempt/commuter” in PeopleSoft, may apply for a campus mailbox which will be assigned based on availability only.  Applications are available at the Mailroom service window or you may complete and print the form below.

Commuter Mailbox application

Returning housing exempt/commuter students who now hold a mailbox have the option to either keep the mail box or “opt out” and turn in your mail box key.  Forfeiting your mail box is easily accomplished by turning in your key and completing the opt out/change of address form below or at the student mailroom.
