Course Requirements

As a student in the computer engineering program, you will take courses in chemistry and physics, mathematics, engineering, hardware design, software design and application areas as part of the core curriculum. In your sophomore, junior and senior year, you will also participate in team-project-oriented labs. Your elective course options include computer graphics, networks, databases, graphical user interface design, VLSI design and software engineering.

Typical course requirements are shown below. Students work closely with an academic adviser to select courses that are most appropriate for their specific academic background and preparation.
