assistant professor of chemical and biomolecular engineering, is committed to finding engineering solutions to improve our quality of life and support a sustainable planet.

His research involves designing new materials for renewable energy and clean energy technologies that will result in more affordable products.

Krishnan understands that by making energy conversion and storage devices affordable, consumers are more likely to invest in nonconventional but energy efficient products over conventional products, such as fuel cell and hydrogen vehicles as an alternative to gas-powered vehicles.

He is just one of the visionary researchers at the Coulter School of Engineering working for the future.
