Clarkson University Business Prof Attends Washington Leadership Summit

Clarkson University Associate Professor of Organizational Studies Mary E. Graham was one of 100 "thought leaders," who play a critical role in shaping the future of business, attending the Leadership Summit for Inclusion and Diversity sponsored by the Society for Human Resource Management earlier this month.Mary Graham

Graham met with distinguished global leaders from business, education, and government at the invitation-only event, designed to invoke expertise, ingenuity, and insight in exploring the field of diversity and inclusion in the 21st century.

Graham teaches human resource management, rewards management, and organizational change courses. She researches incentive programs, gender-related pay disparities, and corporate reputation, and has published articles in the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Research Methods, Organization Science, and Eastern Economic Journal.

She is an associate editor of Human Resource Management journal and is on the editorial board of Human Resource Management Review. Graham is a member of the Academy of Management and the Society for Human Resource Management. She spent the spring 2007 semester researching employment discrimination at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Washington, D.C.
