Representatives from 150 companies will be on the Clarkson University campus recruiting students this Thursday, September 18, at the annual fall Career Fair. The event will be the Clarkson University Again Slated for Largest Career FairUniversity’s largest fair ever, with eight more companies on the waiting list.

"Once again we are seeing a record number of employers coming to Clarkson to recruit our students," said Career Center and International Study Director Marty Ford. "The number of employers attending this fall’s Career Fair is a true testament to how Clarkson prepares its students, both in and out of the classroom, for their professional careers. Employers know that they will interact with engaged, intelligent, highly motivated students and that our students will, from day one, be productive members of their organizations."

Clarkson students will fill the Cheel Campus Center, looking for internships, co-ops and permanent positions. Students from all majors will get the opportunity to speak with corporate recruiters, as this is the second consecutive year that the Career Center has signed up companies representing every discipline taught at Clarkson. Companies like General Electric, Johnson & Johnson, IBM, Procter & Gamble, Pratt & Whitney and UBS will be there, among many others.

The event is open to Clarkson University students only.
