Q: Is there still time to enroll in the current semester's distance learning classes?
A: Prospective students may enroll up until classes begin. There is a late check-in fee after the first week of class if a student hasn't made any contact with their SAS Rep - so ENROLL TODAY.

New Students: Apply Now to the graduate program of your choice -or- attend as a non-matriculated student.  To enroll, complete the Non Matriculated Information and Student Application available from the SAS website.
Q: How much?
A: You can find the current year tuition and fees listed here.

Q: There is an online course offered that I would like to take.  Can I enroll even if I have not applied to Clarkson University’s graduate program?
A: Yes!  Online classes are available to non-matriculated (non-degree) students.  To enroll, complete the Non Matriculated Information and Student Application form available from the SAS website.

Tuition and charges for non-matriculated students are assessed per semester hour for each course.  A $50 deposit is required at time of enrollment.  If your employer is going to reimburse for the cost of the class(es), complete the Employer Reimbursement Form at the time you enroll. 

Q: Do I need to resubmit an Employer Reimbursement form every semester?
A: Beginning Fall 2012, students submit an Employer Reimbursement form just once per academic year (July 1st - June 30th)*.  The process does require students to submit a copy of your employer's reimbursement policy along with the completed form.  Students will only be cleared at check-in if all paperwork is complete.  Download the form from and the fax number is on the form (315-268-6452).  You will still need to complete your online check in prior to the first day of class.
*ELDP Students need only submit once.  See ELDP form.
