Seeking Exhibitors!

The 2017 Adirondack AT Expo is welcoming you to support the Expo by becoming a conference exhibitor.  Supplemental funding is available!

Generously provided by the NY State TRAID Program, awards of up to $500 will be offered to the first ten exhibitors to submit an application. The award will cover a discounted exhibitor fee of $200, and up to $300 in travel and accommodation costs may be reimbursed.

The 2017Adirondack Assistive Technology Expo is sponsored by the Clarkson University Occupational Therapy Program, and will be held on October 23 & 24 at The Wild Center Museum in the heart of the beautiful Adirondack Park. The Adirondack AT Expo is the premier source of AT information for the North Country of New York.  Please don't miss your opportunity to connect with our attendees.

Consumers of AT often report that the opportunity for hands-on exploration prior to selecting a device influences their AT decision-making.  Our audience consists of therapists, special education teachers, vocational rehab counselors and other providers. In addition, the Adirondack AT Expo is continuing to offer supplemental funding to support persons with disabilities and their families who wish to learn more about AT and the products or services you provide.

Vendors, agencies or organizations interested in joining us at as an exhibitor should download and complete the Exhibitor Scholarship Application Form and return by e-mail to Lisa Tebo (  Upon receipt, you will receive confirmation of your award.  Awards are available to the first ten applicants (additional exhibitors will be considered based on funding availability).

If selected, your discounted exhibitor fee of $200 will be paid directly to Clarkson University by the NY State TRAID Program.  Additional travel and accommodation costs of up to $300 will be reimbursed by the NY TRAID Program, paid directly to the exhibitor by NY State, following the conference (submission of receipts is required).Two of your representatives may attend the Expo under this funding; additional representatives must register. We would prefer that exhibitors plan on attending the Expo during both days; please indicate if you are unable to do so.

The regular exhibitor fee without this funding is $300. All exhibitors will be recognized in the conference materials as “Gold Supporters”.  Vendors or agencies unable to attend the conference may be recognized as “Silver Supporters” by submitting $100 or providing donated goods valued at $200 or more.  Both Gold and Silver Supporters may submit promotional materials to be distributed to conference attendees no later than October 20.  Contact Lisa Tebo or Marcy Bennett for more information.
