Administrative mailroom

Welcome to the Administrative Mailroom, located in Downtown Snell Hall.

Our dynamic staff handles all intracampus mail, package delivery, and pick-up services for University Administrators, faculty, and staff.

Services provided and other information:

Incoming mail sortation and delivery, Package processing and distribution, outgoing mail and package pick up, applying postage, and transport to the local Post Office.

Delivery of completed duplicating requests and supply orders.
 
USPS mail is sorted and delivered before noon each day.  Packages are processed as they are received and delivered throughout the day.

Courier service is available.  If you have packages/boxes that need to be picked up, please contact Shipping/Receiving at x6543.
