The jobs our communication graduates go on to pursue after graduation vary just about as much as the graduates themselves. From medical directors and technical writers to professional job and career transition coaches, communications majors have the background to move into countless fields and professions. has written and co-written four books on resume and cover letter writing and interviewing skills and is currently a managing partner at Arnold-Smith Associates. He is also a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and Job & Career Transition Coach (JCTC). Read more about Arnie.
Carrie Johnson '99
is a project manager and client briefing consultant for IBM, one of Clarkson graduates' biggest employers. She also recently received her Master's from Syracuse University. Read more about Carrie.

Recently graduated Peter Bird '06 went on to Carnegie Mellon University for his Master in Communication Planning and Information Design and is now an Online Product Manager at PNC Bank in Pittsburgh, Pa. Read more about Peter.

Carol Pross, M.D. '90
is the medical director at Oxford PharmaGenesis, Inc., a strategic marketing and medical communications agency, after completing her doctorate at Drexel University and her residency at UCLA Medical Center. Read more about Carol.
