Clarkson University's Reh Center for Entrepreneurship Offering Small Business Training in Indian Lake

Clarkson University’s Reh Center for Entrepreneurship has teamed with officials in Indian Lake, N.Y., to bring its My Small Business 101 series on the road.

Since 2004, My Small Business 101 has provided guidance to more than 700 small business owners. 

“We are excited to be involved in bringing these fantastic business sessions and workshop to our community,” says Nancy Harding, president of the Indian Lake Chamber of Commerce board of directors. “We are committed to supporting our businesses and we encourage existing and potential business owners to participate in these business sessions and workshop.”

Small business people are invited to attend this successful course, which is delivered in two weekly four-hour sessions.

Marc Compeau, director of the Reh Center, will teach the course, which will focus on the topics thinking strategically, resource management, marketing management and financial management. 

The course will be held on Saturday, May 12 and May 19, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Indian Lake Central School.

Space is limited and registration will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost to attend is $60.
