Prizes for each of the University tracks will be $2,000 for first place, $1,000 for second place and $500 for third place. The top two finishers in each category will advance to the New York State Competition on April 24 in Albany, N.Y.

High school students will compete for a $500 first place prize, a $300 second place prize and a $200 third place prize.
